MARSHFIELD — The Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce & Industry recently welcomed three new members to its board of directors: Richard J. Lease, Pat Anderson, and Ryan Heiman.

Lease started his career in the automotive aftermarket right out of high school working at the Carquest Auto Parts store in Sun Prairie, where he served as delivery driver and eventually became a partner in the business and managed daily sales and operations. In May of 2016 he joined the V&H Trucks Inc., where he currently leads the parts departments, truck service shops, and body shop.

His community involvement includes coaching Marshfield youth football, Varsho baseball, and volunteering for Special Olympics. Lease is married, has three children, and enjoys being involved with his children’s sports and restoring classic American muscle cars.

Anderson is the controller at Roehl Transport Inc. Prior to joining Roehl in 1991, he earned his stripes as a CPA while with Wipfli, Ulrich & Bertelson in Marshfield. He and his wife, Cindy, have lived in the Marshfield area for the past 30 years.

Pat is the current treasurer for the Marshfield Area United Way and is also an ambassador for the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce & Industry. In the past he has served as a board member for the Marshfield Optimist Club, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Marshfield Chaparrals baseball team.

Heiman is the maintenance manager of the family-owned Nasonville Dairy business. Heiman’s community involvement includes coaching Marshfield Area Youth Football, and he is an Elks member and member of Grace Lutheran Church.

Heiman and his wife, Amanda, have three children: Tyler, Sam, and Eileigh.

In his free time, Ryan enjoys camping, hiking, exploring state parks, boating, and golfing and is very passionate about cheesemaking and the dairy industry. He enjoys working side-by-side with his father, brother, uncles, and cousins.

Others serving on the 2017 Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce & Industry board of directors are Nick Arnoldy, Marshfield Insurance; Frank Baltus, associate member; Melissa Breen, Marshfield Clinic Health System; Matt Eckelberg, Hawkins Ash CPAs; Erin Howard, LMH Properties; Cory Latourell, Hotel Marshfield; Amy Nystrom, PreventionGenetics; Bob Trussoni, Marshfield Utilities; Troy Weik, A&B Process Systems; Pat Wesenberg, Simplicity Credit Union; and Ron Wilczek, BMO Harris Bank.
