Hodor came to us very scared and injured. One of his eyes had a severe injury and had to be removed, but it is healing nicely.

With time he realized that having his chin scratched and being pet was not such a scary thing and that we were there to help him. He is still very timid and spends most of his time in his bed looking forward to his daily doses of attention and being brushed.

He needs a quiet home with an understanding family who can give him the time and love that he needs to come out of his shell. He may never be a very social kitty, but we can see in his face that he is trusting us a little more every day. He is a beautiful boy with a loving heart just waiting for a safe and happy home of his own.

If interested in adopting, please visit the Marshfield Area Pet Shelter’s Adoption Center located across from Furniture & ApplianceMart inside Marshfield Mall. The Adoption Center is open from 4:30-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. To view all our adoptable pets and complete our online adoption application, go to www.MarshfieldPetShelter.org/adopt.
