For Hub City Times
MARSHFIELD — Marshfield Area Pet Shelter (MAPS) will host its sixth annual Paws and Pancakes breakfast fundraiser on Feb. 26 from 8-11:30 a.m. at Knights of Columbus Hall, 400 W. Upham St. in Marshfield. The breakfast features an all-you-care-to-eat buffet with scrambled eggs, ham, pancakes, sausage, hash browns, toast, cinnamon rolls, juice, milk, and coffee. There will also be raffle baskets and other opportunities to help local animals.
Last year’s record-breaking breakfast served more than 900 guests and raised more than $9,000 to support MAPS’ mission.
Tickets are sold at the door. Adult tickets cost $7.50, tickets for children ages 4-11 cost $4.50, and children under 4 are admitted free.
This event helps support the day-to-day operating costs at both the Microchip & Adoption Center located at Marshfield Mall and MAPS’ temporary home on West 29th Street in the former airport terminal building.
