MARSHFIELD — The Marshfield Historic Preservation Committee would like the community’s help in identifying candidates for the 2017 Stewardship Awards Program.

To promote public awareness of preservation and restoration, the committee presents awards to property owners who have shown exemplary stewardship in historic preservation through renovation and upkeep of their property.

Any property 50 years or older or any individual or business that is involved in historic education and promotion in the community is eligible. Awards will be announced and presented in conjunction with Historic Preservation Month or a Marshfield Common Council meeting.

To submit a nomination, go to ci.marshfield.wi.us/businesses/historic_preservation/stewardship_award_program.php, print out the nomination form, and mail the completed nomination to Historic Preservation Committee, City of Marshfield, 630 S. Central Ave., Suite 602, Marshfield, WI 54449, or email it to [email protected] Forms are also available at the Development Services Department on the sixth floor of City Hall Plaza.
