Stratford girls basketball blasts Rib Lake, improves to 6-0
Zuelke scores 24 points for Tigers

RIB LAKE — The Stratford girls basketball team ripped off its sixth-straight victory to start the season, beating Rib Lake 55-30 in a nonconference game Thursday night at Rib Lake High School.
Andie Zuelke was dominant inside for the Tigers (6-0), pouring in a game-high 24 points. She had five field goals in each half, was 4 of 7 at the free throw line, and had a team-high 12 rebounds. No other Tiger scored in double figures.
Katie Cardey had 14 of her team-leading 15 points in the first half for Rib Lake (2-3) as the Tigers limited her to just one free throw in the second half.
Stratford outscored Rib Lake 28-12 in the second half.
The Tigers return to action next Thursday at Wisconsin Rapids Assumption.
