MARSHFIELD — On Nov. 4 Nasonville and Lincoln Elementary Schools visited Marshfield High School’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) department for their Career Explorer event.

Throughout the school year, all grade six students in the School District of Marshfield will visit Marshfield High School to learn about courses and careers related to agriculture, business and information technology, family and consumer sciences, and technology education.

Marshfield High School students enrolled in CTE classes and their teachers facilitate educational, fun, and hands-on activities for the sixth-graders related to soil layers and conservation, finance, computer programming, nutrition, kitchen measurement and culinary techniques, woodworking, electricity, graphics, engineering, welding, and more.
