The Marshfield Blue Line Club is a group of hockey enthusiasts whose common goal is to help promote the sport of ice hockey and help fund the Marshfield boys and girls high school hockey teams. Each year, the group hosts the Hockey Unlimited Dance and Auction to raise funds for items the school system may not be able to budget.

The Blue Line Club also works with in conjunction with Marshfield Youth Hockey on shared rink expenses, such as improvements to the hockey rink’s sound system, heaters for the bleachers, scoreboards, the center ice logo, and other rink improvements that benefit hockey players of all ages.

The 13th annual Hockey Unlimited Dance and Auction is being held Saturday Nov. 12 from 7 p.m. to midnight at the Holiday Inn, Marshfield. Tickets are $30 per person in advance – $35 at the door and may be purchased at Creative Paint & Decorating and Scotty’s Pizza & Chicken, Marshfield. Ticket price includes free beer, soda and appetizers. Music will start at 8 p.m., provided by local country rock band, “Raised Reckless”.
