Stratford volleyball wins Marawood South finale at Marathon

Tigers end conference season 5-1

MARATHON — The Stratford volleyball team end the Marawood Conference South Division season with a 5-1 record and a second-place finish after beating Marathon 3-1 on Thursday night at Marathon High School.
The Tigers won 25-14, 20-25, 25-19, 25-18.
Mazie Nagel had 14 kills and 21 digs to lead the Tigers in both categories. Andie Zuelke added 13 kills, McKayla Krall had eight kills and 17 digs, and Brooke Peterson had 22 assists for Stratford. Jadyn Dahlke added 17 assists.
Stratford will compete in a Marawood Conference crossover on Tuesday.
