Stratford volleyball blows past Northland Lutheran

Tigers open Marawood South schedule with sweep

STRATFORD — The Stratford volleyball team opened its Marawood Conference South Division schedule with a resounding 3-0 sweep of Northland Lutheran on Tuesday night at Stratford High School.

The Tigers won 25-10, 25-7, 25-10 as their serving game was on fire. Stratford had 16 service aces, including five each from Madisyn Daul and Mazie Nagel.

Makayla Krall had nine kills and five assists, Brooke Peterson had 15 assists and five digs, and Jadyn Dahlke added 10 assists for Stratford.

Stratford hosts Rib Lake in nonconference match Thursday.
