Neillsville fugitive apprehended

NEILLSVILLE — According to a press release from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, Kurt L. Lobacz, a 42-year-old Neillsville man who was considered a fugitive from justice and armed and dangerous on July 8, has been apprehended.
“Lobacz was apprehended on Aug. 2 without incident when he turned himself over to law enforcement,” the release said.
Lobacz was wanted on felony warrants for possession of methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
