Stratford wrestling perfect 4-0 to win New Lisbon Duals

Eight Tigers finish 4-0 at meet

NEW LISBON — The Stratford wrestling team continued its hot run with a perfect 4-0 record to win the New Lisbon Duals on Saturday.

Stratford defeated Adams-Friendship 63-15, Reedsburg 63-12, Holmen 46-9, and New Lisbon 47-21 to win the tournament title.

Going a perfect 4-0 at the meet for the Tigers were Manny Drexler at 106 pounds (three pins), Jake Drexler at 113 (three pins), A.J. Schoenfuss at 120 (three pins), Jordan Becker at 138 (one pin, two forfeits), Mason Kauffman at 152, David Marquardt at 160, Kam Bornbach at 182 (two pins), and Tyson Kauffman at 285 (three pins).

Stratford hosts Marathon for a Marawood Conference dual on Thursday.
