Tigers host Wausau East on Tuesday

MARSHFIELD — West Salem scored six unanswered goals, all in the second period, to beat the Marshfield boys hockey team 6-0 in a nonconference matchup Friday night at the Marshfield Youth Ice Arena.

Bailey Martin had two goals and an assist for West Salem (10-1).

Haydon Roy-Peterson had 32 saves in goal for Marshfield (3-9-1).

The Tigers host Wausau East at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
