MARSHFIELD — Each year Leadership Marshfield alumni of the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce & Industry donate to an annual holiday gift giving project.

This year $1,000 was collected, and a check was presented to Paula Jero, executive director of the Marshfield Area United Way. The funds were specifically designated for the Nutrition On Weekends program, and Jero and some elves went shopping. With the donation, some of the items that were purchased included laundry and dish soap and personal hygiene/toiletry products as well as snow sleds, family board games, and age-appropriate toys.
