Calling all cat lovers

By Janet Gilbert
MAPS Adoption Coordinator
Since taking over the city of Marshfield contract for stray cats, more than 50 homeless cats have been brought to the Marshfield Area Pet Shelter, and now it is time to find them new forever homes. From cute and playful kittens, to lazy and lounging adults, to finicky felines that will come on their own terms, we have the perfect companion just waiting for you.
All have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped and are hoping for a new beginning. If you are looking for a loving companion, come visit us and consider adopting a shelter pet.
If interested in adopting, please visit the Marshfield Area Pet Shelter website at www.MarshfieldPetShelter.org and complete an adoption application, or call 715-486-5140 for more information. You can also visit adoptable pets at our Microchip & Adoption Center located at Marshfield Mall from 4:30-6 p.m. Monday–Friday and Saturdays from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. View all adoptable pets at www.MarshfieldPetShelter.org/adopt.
