Two men arrested in Owen face drug charges

OWEN — A search warrant led to the arrest of two men by the Clark County Sherriff’s Department and Owen Police Department last Friday in the city of Owen, said a release from the Clark County Sherriff’s Department.

Brian R. Peo, 37, has been charged with possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia. Charles W. Lewallen, 40, has been charged with maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of methamphetamine, Possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine  in the presence of a child less than 14 years old, and neglecting a child.

Bond was set at $10,000 for Lewallen and $5,000 for Peo. Neither has posted bond and both are presently in the Clark County Jail, according to the release. Both men also had warrants out for their arrest, the release said.
