Mid-State Technical College announced Monday that registration for the 2016 spring semester begins Oct. 22. Online registration opens at 6:30 a.m., and in-person registration starts at 7:30 a.m.

Service members can register a day early. Mid-State’s Service Member Priority Registration Day is Oct. 21 with online registration at 6:30 a.m. with in-person registration beginning one hour later.

“Students are encouraged to register early to have the best class selection,” said Mid-State Registrar Denise Borland.

On Oct. 20 current students will have the opportunity to meet with their program advisor to develop their spring semester schedule, get answers to questions, and ensure they are on track to graduate.

Mid-State is also accepting new applications for spring semester. Individuals who already know the program they want to apply for can complete their application online. Print applications are also available at the campus offices of each Mid-State location. New student specialists are on hand at each location to help undecided students and people thinking about attending college choose the associate degree, technical diploma, or certificate that is best for them.

To apply to attend Mid-State or to learn more about registration, call 1-888-575-MSTC or stop by a Mid-State location near you to learn how. Spring semester classes begin Jan. 11.
