Stratford football falls to Marathon

MARATHON – Marathon pulled away in the second half to top Stratford 33-14 in a Marawood Conference football game Friday night that pitted two undefeated squads against each other.

Marathon is now 3-0 and 2-0 in the Marawood, while Stratford falls to 2-1 and 0-1 in the conference.

This story will be updated when statistics are made available.

Stratford’s next game is Sept. 11 at Tomahawk (3-0, 2-0 Marawood).
