City to hold public information session on proposed 29th Street reconstruction

MARSHFIELD — The city of Marshfield is holding a public information meeting to discuss the proposed improvements to East 29th Street between Hume Avenue and Veterans Parkway on Thursday, Aug. 27. Construction is currently scheduled for 2017.

The meeting will take place between 5 and 7 p.m. in the common council chambers at City Hall, 630 S. Central Ave. in Marshfield.

Marshfield residents are encouraged to attend to learn more about the reconstruction project.  The meeting will follow an open house format, and attendees are welcome to come any time between 5 and 7 p.m.

The meeting space is accessible for persons with disabilities. However, if you require special accommodations at the meeting, please notify Director of Public Works Dan Knoeck at 715-387-8424 by Aug. 24.
