MERRILL — The Marshfield Clinic Post 54 Junior American Legion baseball team extended its win streak to nine with a pair of wins at Merrill on Monday.

The Blue Demons (13-6 overall) won 18-8 and 7-1 to continue their winning streak that began with a 5-0 performance at the La Crosse Tournament from June 19-21.

In Game 1 Hunter Korger earned the complete-game victory. Connor Jasurda had a single and a double, and Sawyer Lovstad had two singles and two RBIs for Marshfield.
