Marshfield finishes its regular-season schedule with a 9-14 record. The Tigers will play in a WIAA Division 1 regional semifinal at Eau Claire North on May 27.

Marshfield’s Megan Donahue belted a two-run home run in the bottom of the first to give the Tigers a 2-1 lead before Mosinee pulled away.

The Indians (21-4) scored once in the fourth, three times in the fifth, and once more in the sixth to take a 6-2 lead.

Marshfield scored twice in the sixth on a two-run single by Alyssa Ede but could not get any closer.
