Educational session on strokes offered by Ministry Saint Joseph’s

MARSHFIELD — “Time Lost is Brain Lost,” an educational session about strokes, will be offered from 5-7:15 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, in the Mother Frances Streitel Conference Center at Ministry Saint Joseph’s Hospital.

Free screenings of cholesterol, blood glucose, blood pressure, and body mass index will be from 5-6 p.m. The presentation “Know Stroke” will follow from 6:15-7:15 p.m. Rob Bohl, RN, MSN, FNP, Neurology Nurse Practitioner, will be guest speaker.

The event also will feature educational displays, door prizes, hors d’oeuvres, and giveaways. Screenings will be limited to the first 50 registrants. Participants also can attend the presentation only.
