May classes offered through Continuing Education

MARSHFIELD — The University of Wisconsin-Marshfield/Wood County Office of Continuing Education offers people of all ages the opportunity to learn a new skill, explore a new hobby, advance their careers, and/or take an educational trip in a convenient and affordable way.
May courses include “Basics of Selling on eBay” and “Light Painting,” a photography class back by popular demand.
Keep your children learning in fun and engaging ways throughout the summer with science camps. In “The Anatomy of Oz,” explore the brain, heart, and courage from Dorothy’s friends on her visit to Oz. In “Seriously Silly Science,” experience science in a new way through hands-on activities. In “Animals Head to Toe,” learn about all kinds of animals, big and small, inside and out by using a microscope and dissection to examine and compare internal body structures.
Review the course guide for more camps available during the summer. The summer course catalog is available mid-May at the Office of Continuing Education and community locations. Many classes fill quickly, so early registration is advised. View a full course listing or register online at marshfield.uwc.edu/continuinged, by phone at 715-389-6520, or in person at the Office of Continuing Education, 2000 W. Fifth St., Marshfield.
