City invites residents to comment on Second Street Corridor design concepts
MARSHFIELD — The city is hosting two open house meetings regarding the draft design concepts for the Second Street Corridor. At the meetings, large paper versions of each concept will be available for review, and staff will be present to discuss any ideas or concerns the public may have regarding the Second Street Corridor and the design concepts.
All three concepts are available for review as part of an online survey that can be found at surveymonkey.com/r/2ndStreetCorridor. The survey consists of the three different design concepts and provides space for comments after the sketch of each city block within the corridor. Feel free to take the survey and/or stop in during one of the open house meetings if you want to talk about specific questions or details of the project.
The open house meetings will be held in the Common Council Chambers in the basement of City Hall (630 S. Central Ave.) at the following dates and times:
—Tuesday, April 28, from 3-6 p.m.
—Thursday, April 30, from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
The public is invited and encouraged to attend. If you have any questions regarding the survey or the design concepts for the Second Street Corridor, please contact Josh Miller by calling 715-486-2075 or emailing [email protected].
