STRATFORD — Kiana Weiler tossed a six-inning complete game, allowing just three hits and one run, as the Stratford softball team routed Wausau Newman Catholic 11-1 in a Marawood Conference South Division game Friday at home.

Kaylee Geiger, Valieda Crillo, and Lorrie Luepke each had two RBIs for the Tigers (6-1, 3-0 Marawood South).

Weiler struck out eight and did not walk a batter to earn the win.

Newman is now 1-2 overall and in the conference.

Stratford hosts its annual home tournament on Saturday. Hurley, Iola-Scandinavia, and Athens are in the field along with the Tigers.
