HOLMEN — The Marshfield softball team ended a brief two-game losing streak with a 7-0 nonconference win at Holmen on Friday.

Megan Donahue struck out 13, and Emily Draeger ripped a three-run home run in the first inning to lift the Tigers (4-2 overall).

Donahue walked, stole second and third, and scored on a Draeger sacrifice fly in the fifth, and the Tigers finished off the scoring with a pair of runs in the seventh.

Morgan Nordbeck singled and scored on an error, and Donahue knocked in Melissa Roberts with a sac fly to finish the scoring.

The Tigers return to action Tuesday at home against Merrill. The game will start at 4:30 p.m. at the Marshfield Fairgrounds.
