WISCONSIN — The brackets for the 2015 WIAA girls basketball playoffs were released on Sunday.

Regional quarterfinals in five divisions are set for Tuesday, Feb. 24, with regional semifinals and finals on Feb. 27-28.

Locally, Marshfield (15-6) is the No. 3 seed in its half of the Division 1 Sectional 1 bracket and will host Eau Claire North (11-9) in a regional semifinal on Feb. 27 at Marshfield High School.

In Division 4, Auburndale, Spencer, and Stratford are in the same regional bracket in Sectional 2.

Spencer (5-14) is the No. 5 seed and will play at No. 4 Edgar (13-7) in a regional quarterfinal Feb. 24. The winner plays at No. 1 seed Marathon (19-1) in a regional semifinal on Feb. 27.

Stratford (13-8) is the No. 3 seed in the same bracket and will play at home against No. 6 Stevens Point Pacelli (4-16) in a regional quarterfinal Feb. 24. The winner plays at No. 2 seed Auburndale (16-4) in a regional semifinal Feb. 27.

Marshfield Columbus Catholic (10-10) is the No. 4 seed in its half of the Division 5 Sectional 2 bracket. The Dons will host No. 5 Greenwood (4-15) in a regional quarterfinal on Feb. 24.

The sectionals will be March 5 and March 7 with the survivors moving on to the 2015 WIAA State Girls Basketball Tournament at the Resch Center in Green Bay on March 12-14.
