MARSHFIELD — Snap Fitness of Marshfield trainer Nikki Grabow has recently received recognition as a National Physique Committee (NPC) figure competitor.

After a year of intense training, Grabow placed fifth in both Master’s Novice and Figure Open at the 2014 NPC North Star Competition in Burnsville, Minn. She next competed at the Badger State Games in West Allis, Wis., where she placed second in Master’s and fifth in Figure Open.

Grabow credits training, clean eating, and support from her family and friends for her success. She has had a lifelong passion for fitness and believes that physical exercise and proper nutrition can help people of all ages create positive changes that can last a lifetime.

Her motto is, “What doesn’t challenge you, doesn’t change you.” She uses this philosophy not only for herself but as a personal trainer at Snap Fitness.
