Leadership Marshfield alumni assist families in need

MARSHFIELD — Every year the Leadership Marshfield alumni of the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce &

Industry (MACCI) participate in a holiday gift giving project. Dollars collected go towards purchasing items for community members in need.

This year a total of $1,070 in donations was collected and presented to Paula Jero, Marshfield Area United Way’s executive director. Purchased with those dollars were baskets of essentials and family activity games for 15 area families.

Leadership Marshfield is currently in its 22nd year, and anyone interested in learning more about how they can participate in this program should contact Debbie Bauer at MACCI, 715-384-3454.

Since its beginning over 550 individuals have benefitted from the program.
