MARSHFIELD—Food and entertainment will be available in abundance for Marshfield residents this Saturday and Sunday at Maple Fall Fest, held at Wildwood Park.

The event will host over 150 handmade craft vendors from all over the Midwest and beyond offering a variety of goods including home decor, clothing, jewelry, wood carving, metal art, and more.  Local Amish booths will feature handmade baskets, rugs, fresh noodles, and bakery items.

Also appearing will be television personalities Mad Dog and Merrill – Grillin’ Buddies.  They will be performing at 1:00 pm on Saturday with a fun show featuring maple grilling, dishing out samples, and their own brand of comedy.

Food vendors will have a wide variety of treats, including BBQ, kettle corn, brats, and more.

The Maple Fall Fest After Party “Oktoberfest” will be hosted by Blue Heron Brew Pub. This will start at 5:00 pm on Saturday night in the street in front of the Blue Heron Brew Pub, 108 W. 9th St., in Marshfield.

This event will feature live music, food, and hand crafted Oktoberfest micro brews made by the Blue Heron Brew Pub and the Marshfield Area Society of Home Brewers. Saturday night will also feature “Light Up the Night” a 2k Glow Walk sponsored by the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

New this year will be “Little Miss & Little Mister Maple Fall Fest.” This is a free event that is for children 12-years-old and under to enter to be a fashion model for the afternoon. This event will be held Sunday at 1:00 pm.

The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Marshfield will be hosting the Cranberry Century Bike Tour on Sunday. They will start at a new location this year at the UW – Marshfield Fine arts building at 2000 West 5th St.
